Post Outsourcing Management

The Post Outsourcing Management program allows our client to focus on its core business competencies while remaining confident that the transition leading to a fully functioning and productive outsourcing implementation is being overseen in their best interest.

For new outsourcing agreements, TBI undertakes to implement the complete outsourcing process on behalf of our client and follows the TBI approach described under ITO or BPO depending upon the specific client activity.

For existing outsourcing arrangements TBI can provide clients with a proprietary Health Check, reviewing a dozen different aspects of the current environment with recommendations for improvements wherever necessary.

In addition TBI provides contract re-negotiation services where existing outsourcing arrangements are not working to the satisfaction of either the client or the vendor, and periodic performance benchmarking of costs and service levels.
